Richard Dreyfus, MD

Dr. Dreyfus and his family moved to Northwest Pennsylvania in 1977 to join the medical staff at Saint Vincent Health Center where he practiced nephrology and toxicology for 25 years. In 1991, He was proud to be elected President of the medical staff. Following retirement, he served in a variety of volunteer community service positions including President of Erie’s Jewish Community Council from 2001 to 2005, Board member Erie Water Authority 2007 to 2015, Board member Erie County Health Department 2017 to 2018, Board member Lake Erie Arboretum at Frontier 2019.

Reason for running for Study Commission:

Living in Millcreek for 47 years and have always enjoyed the satisfying, secure, and convenient lifestyle that this township offers. As we look to the future, how we govern ourselves remains a critical factor in making Millcreek an even better place to live.
